Research Interests:
My interests lie in supporting information interaction among novice users. I am looking to lower barriers to entry to task-based domains by providing information pathways to support information organization, seeking and use. Presently, this work is investigating the characteristics of information objects that will support interactive information retrieval among this user group.
Current Research:
I'm a research assistant on the eInforming the Public study, the UBC component of the GRAND NCE News & NGAIA research projects, and a member of the Digital Information Interaction Group.
