1.  Introduction to CLA Student Chapter
Sylvia and Jordana introduced new members to the chapter and the roles of the executive. Yasmin volunteered to be an additional Speaker Coordinator, Reiko and Andrea will be the Mentorship Coordinators. Additional positions to be filled include Website Coordinator.

2.  Possibilities for Speakers
Some ideas offered included:
-a workshop on applying for grants
-a government documents workshop
-Paul Whitney speaking on copyright
-working will SLA for a recent grads session

3.  CLA Conference 2002
-a proposal will be submitted for a session discussing student membership in the association
