Unfilled positions
- The only unfilled position is Secretary. This will likely be easy to fill
during orientation
ALPS
- The ALPS representative is an appointed position but will be considered a
regular executive role
Executive Responsibilities
- Shannon will send a draft to Jodi to review and revise
3. Outstanding Business
- $160 was raised for bake sale. This needs to be deposited into the
account
- Plans for a group poster are going ahead
- Money is coming from Mary (the check is being changed to show the proper
name)
- Possibility there will be an all clubs meeting, likely after BCLA.
4. Next meeting
- Will likely be in August or September
