Research Interests: My research is in records management, specifically the people, process, systems and governance aspects. I have directed AHRC, JISC and Eduserv funded projects on: managing research data and records; freedom of information and records management; the impact of ISO 15489; evaluating records management capacity/compliance toolkits; SharePoint in UK HEIs and accelerating positive change in managing electronic records (AC+erm ). AC+erm is the largest ever AHRC grant for records management research.
