course home

This course will look at developing inclusive public libraries. We will look at how library staff can work with their communities to identify and eliminate barriers to service faced by socially excluded communities. We will discuss techniques that library staff can use to develop a service model in which socially excluded people can actively participate as equals in library decision making and planning.
