m-libraries are still a very recent concept: the first international m-libraries conference was only in 2007.13 With the large variety of types of mobile devices, and their differing capabilities and browsers, designing mobile-friendly library tools is a challenge.10 However, with the number of mobile users increasing, reaching patrons on the move becomes very important. Below are some links to blogs, wikis, conferences and guidelines which can help librarians stay current on the new trends, innovations and technologies in the m-library field.
