My name is Cen, which is not my real name, but it's close enough. I am a first year student in the School of Library and Information Science (SLAIS) at the University of British Columbia. I have a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Victoria. My major was Linguistics, my minor was English, and my job prospects were zilch. I am presently on the road to completing two masters degrees, one in Library and Information Science (MLIS) and one in Archival Studies (MAS). After that I plan on living out my delusions of grandeur, which include a PhD in the Management of Information Institutions from the Faculty of Information Studies at the University of Toronto, and an Executive MBA from Queen's. And then I will turn 30.
