Our Committees:
Sponsorship Committee
- Determine sponsors for the annual seminar and symposium by researching relevant companies and organizations;
- Redesign and update the yearly sponsorship package;
- Mail out the sponsorship package;
- Establish and maintain contact with potential sponsors; and
- Coordinate with the Treasurer to process received donations.
Policies and Procedures Committee
- Review and update the manual on a yearly basis;
- Submit to executive for approval; and
- Coordinated with Webmaster to publish manual on website.
Fundraising Committee
- Establish methods of fundraising for the year;
- Organize and execute fundraising events; and
- Coordinate with Treasurer to ensure yearly budget has been achieved.
Grants Committee
- Research grants that can be applied to funding the seminar and symposium;
- Collaborate with the Treasurer, Coordinator and Communications Officers in order to create a coherent package; and
- Assemble and submit the applications for the various grants.
